《英语》(新标准)小学教材高年级段教学建议

一、夯实基础。

1、语言的基础:词汇、语感。

2、心理基础:学习是一种心理活动,如何通过小学英语的学习打好一个坚实的心理基础,那就是要喜欢学习英语这个活动。但是通过调查显示现实很不乐观,有一部分甚至是相当一部分学生不喜欢英语、恨英语。

我们夯实基础就应该从这两个方面去做。

合理的积极的评价方式去激励学生

二、丰富语词。(高段)(中段丰富语句)

通过小学英语的学习积累了一定的词汇,对于学生来说就是学过了,见到过了,课堂上已学会了。要有计划的引导学生去丰富词汇,我们不限制词汇的面和量。学生能够写200多个词,说400多个词,阅读理解700来个词。

对运用词汇和理解词汇的丰富。通过话题词汇与学生生活联系起来的方式去丰富词汇。For example:Talk about sports.在原有的基础上丰富拓展词汇。首先丰富课程标准要求的词汇,也不反对课外的词汇。

三、发展阅读。

高段的教材里Unit 2有语篇阅读,短文形式的语篇阅读,还有针对的练习题。课程标准二级标准也要求我们培养和发展学生的阅读技能。我们可以有计划的按部就班的发展学生的阅读能力,同时可以按照课程标准的要求丰富拓展学生的课外阅读。心智发展水平和语言水平的英语读本,可以有计划的在我们的教学中进行推进。建议通过学校为每个年级的孩子配备相应的课外读本,人文类,科学类,故事类。坚持让每个学生每个星期读一个小册子。到小学毕业读20-30本课外读物。这个方式能够很好地促进学生语言的发展,也更能够促进学生阅读能力的发展。

四、书写语句。

课程标准二级要求明确提出:1.能基本正确地使用大小写字母和标点符号;2.能写出简单的问候语;3.能根据图片、词语或例句的提示,写出简短的描述。

现实是有些老师只重视单词的书写而忽略了语句的书写。课程标准一级、二级都有要求语句的书写。

我们需要要求学生通过看懂图片,用一个或者四个简单句子来描述一幅图。通过语句图的展示,让学生学会语句的丰富性,也可以通过语句图的方式让学生学会看图写话。可以根据课文的图片,有顺序有步骤的进行相应的训练。看图说出来,再写出来。整个高年级的学习都是为初中学习做准备的。

学生在书写时不仅要培养良好的书写习惯,还要求学生掌握字母书写顺序笔画的基础常识。注意字母、单词和句子的基本书写格式。从小养成书写工整的习惯。

五、衔接教学。

小学为初中主动做上行衔接,初中为小学做下行衔接。

高年级阶段教学建议:

夯实基础:

语音(培养语感)、词汇(做好认知准备400多个词,要求400多个词能说,其中200来个词汇会写)、语法(认知准备,不需要语法的准确)、心理基础(兴趣的重要)

丰富词汇:

采用话题或者日常生活词汇方式来丰富

发展阅读:

课内阅读(充分利用课本的阅读语篇,培养阅读策略)

课外阅读(有计划地推进,在校开展阅读,保证每个班级有英文阅读40册以上,每星期至少读一本小册子。)

书写语句:看图写话,从半个句子到一个简单句再到两个三个简单句。可以利用课本上的图片来写话,从看图说话过渡到看图写话。

最后做好与初中的衔接。
